Lumped Parameter Model and Electromagnetic Performance Analysis of a Single-Sided Variable Flux Permanent Magnet Linear Machine

چکیده

A new Single-sided Variable Flux Permanent Magnet Linear Machine with flux bridge in mover core is proposed this paper. The prevents the leakage from and converts it into linkage, which greatly influences performance of machine. First, a lumped parameter model used to find suitable coil combination no-load linkage machine, reduces computational time drive storage. Secondly, machine replaces expensive rare earth permanent magnets ferrite provides improved controlling capability under variable excitation currents. Multivariable geometric optimization utilized optimize leading design parameters like split ratio, stator pole width, width height magnet, mover’s tooth, slot depth at constant electric magnetic loading. optimized increases by 44.11%, average thrust force 35%, density 35.02%, minimizes ripples 23%, detent 87.5%.
